Explore the depths of Northern Europe, uncovering partners and market trends through in-depth research.
Generate leads and establish a network of potential partners, customers, and collaborators in the target region.
Build and maintain connections with the key decision-makers of potential partner companies. Nurturing these connections comes naturally to you.
Lead high-stakes negotiations with potential partners, including discussing terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
Oversee the contract development and review process, ensuring that all legal and business requisites are seamlessly met. Precision in execution is your forte.
Work directly with the CEO and COO to strategically plan and execute market expansion efforts in Northern Europe, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and legal. Together, we'll bring our partnerships to life and realize our vision.

👩‍💻 About You:

You are intrinsically motivated and thrive in an environment that is fast paced and surrounded by passionate (and fun) people.

4+ years experience in business expansion or similar (in international markets).
Possess the superpower of negotiation and deal-closing that can turn possibilities into profitable realities.
In-depth understanding of the Northern European market and cultural nuances.
A well-established network of contacts in Northern Europe, particularly in the business community.
You're a master communicator; you have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and any relevant local languages.
Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive international growth strategy.
You are eligible to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship (we cannot sponsor visas).
Nice to have: Pre-existing relationships with potential partners in Northern Europe within our industry (water, coffee, vending, catering, fm).
